Baptism of Salomea Jedrzejczak (1902)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Salomea Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice, No. 32, 1902

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 26th of October, 1902, at 3 p.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak, appeared, aged 45, a laborer in the village of Gosławice, in the presence of Szymon Dębowski, aged 42, and Walenty Gołębiewski, aged 40, both are laborers residing in the village of Gosławice, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Gosławice, on the 20th of October, 1902, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 42. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day by Rev. Aleksy Hoffman, this child was given the name of Salomea. The Godparents were: Jakób Góralski and Antonina Dębowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
