This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Andrzej Jędrzejczak, from the Krzywosądz parish.
Krzywosądz, No. 75, 1895
This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz on the 13th/25th of November, 1895, at 3 p.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak appeared, aged 30, a laborer residing in the village of Krzywosądz, in the presence of Jan Grzegorzewski, aged 48, a blacksmith, and Jakób Bąkiewicz?, aged 59, a farmer, both reiding in the village of Krzywosądz, and showed us a male child born in the village of Krzywosądz on the 13th/25th of November, 1895, at 11 a.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Andrzej. The Godparents were: Józef Szporka and Anna Mielcarek. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
