Baptism of Franciszka Jedrzejczak (1894)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Franciszka Jędrzejczak, from the Sędzin parish.

Sędzinek, No. 36, 1894

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 1st/13th of September, 1894, at 9 a.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak appeared, aged 35, an attendant residing in the village of Sędzinek, in the presence of Jan Wesołowski, aged 30, and Józef Dryniszczak?, aged 25, both are attendants residing in Sędzinek, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Sędzinek, on the the 1st/13th of September, 1894, at 5 a.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 36. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszka. The Godparents were: Wincenty Sadowski and Anna Błachowicz. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
