Sędzinek, No.22, 1893

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 30th of June/12th of July, 1893, at 6 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Paweł Kwiatkowski, aged 40, and Marcin Kołodziej, aged 36, both are attendants residing in Sędzinek, and stated that on the 28th of June/10th of July, 1893, at 7 a.m., Marianna Jędrzejczak, aged 7 months, died. She was the daughter of Walenty and Zofia Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak. She was born and resided in Sędzinek. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
