This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo, on the 16th/28th of February, 1892, at 5 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Paweł Świątkowski, aged 27, and Józef Ćwiklińśki, aged 27, both are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice, and stated that in the settlement of Gosławice, on the 14th/26th of February, 1892, at 11 p.m., Jan Jędrzejczak, aged 3, died. He was the son of Walenty and Zofia Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak, who are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice. He was born in the settlement of Koneck. He leaves behind his family.
