Marriage of Jozef Potega and Marianna Kacprzak (1902)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Józef Potęga and Marianna Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No 2, 1902
This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 2nd/15th of January, 1902, at 3 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Piotr Czapski, aged 40, and Maciej Wyborski, aged 50, both are house owners residing in the village of Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Józef Potęga, aged 20, single, a laborer born and residing in the village of Gęsin – Koneck Parish, the son of Jan and Jadwiga Potęga nee Gawrońska – farm owners,
and Marianna Kacprzak, aged 18, single, the daughter of Józef and Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska – farm owners, born and residing in the village of Wola Bachorna.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Koneck and Sędzin parish churches, on the 16th/29th of December, 1901, the 23rd of December, 1901/the 5th of January, 1902, and the 30th of December, 1901/12th of January, 1902. The newlyweds stated that no marital agreement was made between them. Verbal permissions were given by both families. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Zygmund Lipińśki, Pastor of the Sędzin Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
