Marriage of Maciej Kacprzak and Weronika Linek (1895)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Maciej Kacprzak and Weronika Linek, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
NOTE: Per the Sedzin Inhabitant Register entry for Maciej and Weronika Kacprzak nee Linek, Maciej’s parents are listed as Jozef and Józefa Kacprzak nee Wojciechowska. The birth date and birth place given on the population register are not correct and the baptism/birth cannot be found within the Sędzin Parish records. So, I am assuming that the record below was listed incorrectly with the mother’s name. I will keep searching for more information to prove/disprove the relationship.
Maciej Kacprzak – Sedzin Inhabitant Registers
Wola Bachorna, No 3, 1895
This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 15th/27th of January, 1895, at 5 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Michał Dąbrowski, aged 50, and Mateusz Świercz, aged 30, both are villagers residing in Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Maciej Kacprzak, aged 25, single, the son of Józef and the deceased Marianna Kacprzak nee Berent, a villager born and residing in Wola Bachorna,
and Weronika Linek, aged 19, single, a villager residing in Wola Bachorna, the daughter of Wojciech and Julianna Linek nee Hołtyn, born in Adolfin.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the parish church, on the 1st/13th, 8th/20th, and 16th/27th of January, 1895. The newlyweds stated that a marital agreement was made and that it was notarized in Radziejów on the 11th/23rd of January, 1895. Permission was given orally by the families. No impediments arose. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
