Baptism of Wojciech Kacprzak (1895)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Wojciech Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No. 22, 1895
This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 27th of March/8th of April, 1895, at 7 p.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 50, a villager residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Kacper Kołodziejski, aged 45, and Michał Dąbrowski, aged 50, both villagers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 27th of March/8th of April, 1895, at 5 p.m., to his lawful wife Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska, aged 32. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech. The Godparents were: Szymon Czapski and Anastacja Kowałska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
