Baptism of Franciszek Kacprzak (1889)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Franciszek Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No. 11, 1889
This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 14th/26th of February, 1889, at 6 p.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 50, a laborer residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Józef Kułpa, aged 40, a laborer, and Józef Wróblewski, aged 25, a valet, both residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 1st/13th of February, 1889, at 8 p.m., to his lawful wife Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska, aged 35. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Józef Racinowski, this child was given the name of Franciszek. The Godparents were: Mateusz Kułpa and Agnieszka Czapska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
