Baptism of Wojciech Kacprzak (1878)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Wojciech Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No. 9, 1878
This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 8th/20th of April, 1878, at 3 p.m. Marianna Czapska appeared, aged 44, a midwife residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Jan Czapski, aged 60, and Józef Dominiak, aged 60, both are farmers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 7th/19th of April, 1878, at 10 a.m., to Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska, aged 25. (note: the next sentence is hard to determine, but it may indicate that the father was in Toruń at the time of the birth). At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech. The Godparents were: Jan Czapski and Katarzyna Świercz. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
