Baptism of Elzbieta Kacprzak (1874)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Elżbieta Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 31, 1874

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 3rd/15th of November, 1874, at 11 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 40, a farmer residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Stanisław Kłosowski, aged 42, and Antoni Świercz, aged 42, both are farmers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 1st/13th of November, 1874, at 10 a.m., to his lawful wife Franciszka Czapska, aged 20. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Elżbieta. The Godparents were: Andrzej Kempara and Wiktoria Czapska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
