Baptism of Katarzyna Kacprzak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Katarzyna Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 26, 1865

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 26th of October, 1865, at 10 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 29, a farmhand residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Jan Czapski, aged 49, and Stanisław Wojciechowski, aged 60, both are laborers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 25th of October, 1865, at 9 p.m., to his lawful wife Jozefa Wojciechowska, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Katarzyna. The Godparents were: Jan Czapski and Konstancja Sobczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
