Death of Petronella Kacprzak (1864)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Petronella Kacprzak, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 11, 1864

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 13th of November, 1864, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Józef Kacprzak, aged 23, a farmhand, and Stanisław Wojciechowski, aged 60, a laborer, both residents of Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 11th of November, 1864, at 4 p.m., Petronella Kacprzak, aged 6 months, died. She was born and resided in Wola Bachorna. She was the daughter of Józef and Józefa Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Petronella Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
