Baptism of Petronella Kacprzak (1864)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Petronella Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 16, 1864

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 17th of May, 1864, at 11 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 28, a farmhand residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Jan Kuźba, aged 26, and Piotr Woźniak, aged 45, both are laborers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 11th of May, 1864, at 9 a.m., to his lawful wife Jozefa Wojciechowska, aged 22. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Petronella. The Godparents were: Piotr Woźniak and Marianna Kuźba. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
