Baptism of Filip Gorzycki (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Filip Gorzycki, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, No. 9, 1821

In the year 1821, on the 3rd of May, at 4 p.m., before us, the undersigned pastor of Broniewo, performing duties of the Civil Registrar for Gmina Broniewo, Powiat Radziejów, Województwo Mazowieckie, appeared Antoni Gorzycki, a peasant farmer, aged 28, resident of Płowki where his farm is located, and declared to us that a male child was born in house #19, on the 30th of April, 1821, at 8 p.m., to his lawful wife Małgorzata Pilachowska, aged 26. The child was given the name Filip Jakób. After making the above statement and showing us the child, in the presence of Tomasz Sindziński, a bachelor, a laborer, aged 26, and Jan Grobla, a farm owner, aged 35, both are from the village of Płowki, located in Gmina Broniewo, this Birth Record was read aloud to the declarants, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
