Marriage of Jozef Gorzycki and Antonina Malinowska (1882)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Józef Gorzycki and Antonina Malinowska, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kłonowo, No 12, 1882

This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 25th of July/6th of August, 1882, at 8 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses: Walenty Kosmecki, aged 30, a peasant farmer in Kłonowo, and Tomasz Malinowski, aged 50, a peasant farmer in Kłonowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Józef Gorzycki, aged 20, single, a laborer in Bieganowo, born in Kolonia Opatowice in the Radziejów Parish, the son of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Kocińska,

and Antonina Malinowska, aged 18, single, a peasant residing in Kłonowo, born in Kłonowo, the daughter of Paweł and Józefa Malinowski nee Gutowska.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna Parish Church, on the 27th of June/9th of July, 4th/16th of July, and 11th/23rd of July, 1882. The newlyweds stated that no prenuptial agreement was made between them. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Dąbski, Pastor of the Byczyna Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
