Baptism of Wojciech Gorzycki (1867)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Gorzycki, from the Radziejów parish.

Kolonia Opatowice No. 31, 1867

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 4th of March, 1867, at 4 p.m. Filip Gorzycki appeared, aged 45, a farm owner in Kolonia Opatowice, in the presence of Antoni Banaszkiewicz and Marcin Cichocki, both aged 46 and farm owners residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and showed us a male child born in Kolonia Opatowice, on the 3rd of March, 1867, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Kocińska, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, performed this day by Rev. Robert Ruszkowski, this child was given the name Wojciech. The godparents were: Łukasz Fiugaj, a farm owner in Szóstka, and Antonina Marciniak, the wife of a farm owner in Bronisław. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
