Baptism of Zuzanna Gorzycka (1852)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Zuzanna Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice No. 58, 1852
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 3rd of August, 1852, at 8 p.m. Filip Gorzycki appeared, aged 30, a peasant farm owner, resident of Kolonia Opatowice, in the presence of Antoni Banaszkiewicz, aged 35, and Walenty Karczmarek, aged 50, both farm owners residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and showed us a female child born in Kolonia Opatowice, on the 3rd of August, 1852, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Grzelak, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Zuzanna. The godparents were: Antoni Gorzycki and Marianna Zwierzykowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
