This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Rozalia Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish.
Opatowice No. 11, 1847
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 1st of February, 1847, at 4 p.m. Filip Gorzycki appeared, aged 23, a farm owner and resident in Opatowice, in the presence of Wincenty Nowakowski, aged 30, a farm owner, and Józef Banaszkiewicz, aged 56, a farm owner, both residents of Opatowice, and showed us a female child born in Opatowice, on the 1st of February, 1847, at 11 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Grzelak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Rozalia. The godparents were: Szymon Zaremski and Marianna Kaczmarek. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
