Baptism of Wojciech Krzymianowski (1866)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Krzymianowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.

Rogalin No. 42, 1866

This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 11th of April, 1866, at 4 p.m. Michał Krzymianowski appeared, aged 31, a laborer residing in Rogalin, in the presence of Mateusz Zawadzki, aged 51, and Jan Szwarz, aged 51, both laborers residing in Rogalin, and showed us a male child born in Rogalin, on the 10th of April, 1866, at 1 p.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Kicińska, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Wojciech. The godparents were: Mateusz Zawadzki and Marianna Mikołajczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
