This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.

Gosławice, No. 8, 1853

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 28th of June, 1853, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Paweł Jędrzejczak, aged 38, and Paweł Pankowski, aged 38, both laborers residing in the village of Gosławice, and stated that in Gosławice, on the 26th of June, 1853, at 10 p.m., Agnieszka Jędrzejczak, aged 1, died. She was born in Gosławice, the son of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak, who are both laborers. She is survived by her family. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
