This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.

Gosławice, No. 15, 1847

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 9th of December, 1847, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Paweł Jędrzejczak, aged 32, a laborer residing in Gosławice, and Karol Kujawa, aged 48, a barkeeper residing in Gosławice, and stated that in Gosławice, on the 1st of December, 1847, at 4 a.m., Marianna Jędrzejczak nee Cieślak, aged 26, died. Further information about her origin or family are unknown by those appearing. She leaves behind her husband Paweł Jędrzejczak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
