This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Szczepan Pluskota, from the Sędzin Parish.
Sędzin, No. 21, 1881
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 23rd of September/5th of October, 1881, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Mateusz Kujawa, aged 66, and Andrzej Lewandowski, aged 33. both peasants residing in the village of Sędzin, and stated that on the 20th of September/2nd of October, 1881, at 12 a.m., Szczepan Pluskota, poor, aged 70, died. He was born in the village Szóstka, the son of Paweł and Rozalia Pluskota. He leaves behind his wife Urszula Pluskota nee Nadzieja. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Szczepan Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
