Baptism of Andrzej Pluskota (1836)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Andrzej Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka No. 23, 1836
This occurred in the village of Broniewo on the 28th of November, 1836, at 12 p.m. Szczepan Pluskota appeared, a farmer, aged 23, a Catholic, residing in Szóstka, in the presence of Maciej Kotaś, a shepherd, aged 39, and Łukasz Cwikliński, a blacksmith, aged 40, both catholics residing in Szóstka, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Szóstka, on the 25th of November, 1836, at 8 p.m., to his lawful wife Urszula nee Nadzieja, aged 23, and a Catholic. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Andrzej. The Godparents were: Maciej Kotaś and Antonina Fortuna. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
