Death of Wladyslaw Swiercz (1888)

This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Władysław Swiercz, from the Służewo Parish.

Przybranowo, No. 118, 1888

This occurred in the village of Służewo, on the 7th/19th of September, 1888, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Ignacy Bąk, aged 54, a worker in the village of Przybranowo and Jan Andronik, aged 43, a clergyman in the village of Służewo, and stated that on the 5th/17th of September, 1888, at 4 a.m., Władysław Swiercz, aged 6, died. He was born in the village of Zakrzewo, the son of the late Tomasz Swiercz and Rozalia Nowak who is a laborer residing in the village of Przybranowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Władysław Swiercz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
