This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Zofia Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo Parish.

Gosławice, No. 13, 1882

This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo, on the 20th of October, 1882, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Józef? Adamski, aged 20, and Jan Stefański, aged 38, both laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice, and stated that on the 18th of October, 1882, at 4 a.m., Zofia Tobiasz, aged 1, died. She was the daughter of Franciszek and Marianna Tobiasz, residents of the settlement of Gosławice. She is survived by her family. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Zofia Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
