This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Stanisław Tobiasz, from the Koneck parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Zapustek, No. 64 1900
This occurred in the village of Koneck on the 8th/23rd of October, 1900, at 5 p.m. Michał Tobiasz appeared, aged 36, a laborer in Zapustek, in the presence of Jakób Sobczak, aged 35, and Jan Buszka, aged 30, residents of Zapustek, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zapustek, on the 8th/23rd of October, 1900, at 5 a.m., to his lawful wife Rozalia Nowak, aged 37. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisław. The Godparents were: Piotr Cygan and Józefa Buszka. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
