Baptism of Franciszek Tobiasz (1896)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Franciszek Tobiasz, from the Ostrowąs parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Plebanka, No. 50 1896

This occurred in the village of Ostrowąs on the 22nd of December, 1896/3rd of January, 1897, at 1 p.m. Michał Tobiasz appeared, aged 34, a laborer in Plebanka, in the presence of Tomasz Błaszczyk a laborer, aged 53, and Paweł Kacielecki?, aged 65, a blacksmith, both residents of Plebanka, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Plebanka, on the 21st of December, 1896/2nd of January, 1897, at 7 a.m., to his lawful wife Rozalia Nowak, aged 34. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszek. The Godparents were: Jakób Nowak and Marianna Błaszczyk. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
