   2. Bolesław Kaszuba, born November 22nd, 1928, to his parents Kazimierz and Joanna Kaszuba nee Polatowska, in Folwark Swięte, Gmina Straszewo. He is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. He’s lived in the village of Przysiek.
