Marriage of Antoni Kępski and Brigida Woźniak (1881)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Antoni Kępski and Brigida Woźniak, from the Krzywosądz parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Smarglin No 11, 1881
This happened in the village of Krzywosądz on the 1st/13th, November, 1881, at 1 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Michał ??, aged 47, and Wawrzyniec Zieliński, aged 62, both residents of the village of Smarglin, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Antoni Kępski, single, aged 22, born in the village of Smarglin, a steward residing in the village of Sędzin, son of Bartłomiej Kępski, a steward living in the village of Smarglin, and the late Marianna Kępska nee Pańka,
and Brigida Woźniak, aged 19, born and residing in the village of Smarglin, living with her mother, the daughter of the late Mateusz Woźniak, and his widow Marianna Woźniak nee Tobiasz, a peasant residing in the village of Smarglin.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Krzywosądz Parish Church and the Sędzin Parish Church, on the 11th/23rd, 18th/30th of October, and the 25th of October/6th of November, 1881. No impediments arose to this marriage. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. Permission was given by the bride’s mother. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
