This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Mateusz Woźniak, from the Krzywosądz Parish.

Smarglin, No. 27, 1869

This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 25th of December, 1869, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Mateusz Ceterski, aged 60. and Kacper Jaskulski, aged 45, both farm owners in Smarglin, and stated that in the village of Smarglin, on the 28th of December, 1869, at 5 p.m., Mateusz Woźniak died. He was a Shepard, aged 56, son of the late Andrzej and Rozalia Woźniak, and survived by his wife Marianna Woźniak nee Tobiasz. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Mateusz Woźniak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
