This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz on the 2nd of February, 1861, at 9 a.m. Mateusz Woźniak appeared, a groom and resident of Smarglin, aged 40, in the presence of Stanisław Woźniak, aged 22, farmer, and Mateusz Korzoniewski, aged 55, a farm owner, residents of Smarglin, and showed us a female child born in the village of Smarglin on the 31st of January, 1861, at 6 p.m., to his wife Marianna Tobiasz, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Brigida, and the godparents were: Stanisław Woźniak and Józefa Korzoniewska, both are Catholics. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
