Baptism of Andrzej Woźniak (1850)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Andrzej Woźniak, from the Krzywosądz parish.
Smarglin, No. 41, 1850
This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz on the 27th of November, 1850, at 12 p.m. Mateusz Woźniak appeared, a farmer and resident of Smarglin, aged 32, in the presence of Kazimierz Woźniak, aged 40, and Maciej Kępa, aged 50, both laborers in Krzywosądz, and showed us a male child born in the village of Smarglin on the 10th of November, at 2 a.m., to his wife Marianna Tobiasz, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Andrzej, and the godparents were: Kazimierz Woźniak and Katarzyna Ciemiera, both are Catholics. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
