Death of Jozef Tobiasz (1921)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Józef Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo No. 40 1921

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 20th of November, 1921, at 10 a.m. Appearing are Stanisław Kułakowski, age 63, and Franciszek Wożniak, 36, both residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that on today’s date at 4 a.m., in Zakrzewo, Józef Tobiasz, age 22, a laborer, who was born and lived with family in Zakrzewo, had died. He was the son of Józef and Katarzyna Tobiasz nee Brzezińska, laborers, residing in Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józef Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
