Baptism of Anna Tobiasz (1916)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Anna Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zakrzewo No. 42 1915

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 24th of June/7th of July, 1915, at 1 p.m. Jozef Tobiasz appeared, age 38, a laborer, resident of Zakrzewo, in the presence of Antoni Wojciehowski, age 40, and Michał Soliński, age 38, both residents of Zakrzewo, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zakrzewo, June 21st/July 3rd, 1915, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife Katarzyna Brzezińska, age 33. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Linowiecki, this child was given the name of Anna. The Godparents were: Antoni Wojciechowski and Zofia Solińska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
