Baptism of Stanislaw Tobiasz (1921)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Stanisław Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Zakrzewo No. 31 1921
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 5th of May, 1921, at 5 p.m. Jozef Tobiasz appeared, age 45, a laborer, a resident of the village of Zakrzewo, in the presence of Wawrzyniec Madajczyk, age 60, and Józef Pomianowski, age 50, both residents of Zakrzewo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zakrzewo, May 1, 1921, at 9 p.m., to his lawful wife Katarzyna Brzezińska, age 35. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisław. The Godparents were: Piotr Piotrowski and Marjanna Kujawa. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
