Baptism of Elzbieta Tobiasz (1873)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Elżbieta Tobiasz, from the Łowiczek parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Józefowo Kolonia No. 36 1873
This occurred in the village of Łowiczek on the 7th/19th of October, 1873 at 2 p.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, a peasant farmer, resident of Kolonia Józefowo, aged 38, in the presence of Jan Wochna, aged 50, and Jan Kujawa, aged 38, both peasants residing in Kolonia Józefowo, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Kolonia Józefowo, on the 5th/17th, of October, 1873, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife, Jadwiga nee Gołębieska, aged 37. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Michał Zwierzchowski, this child was given the name of Elżbieta. The Godparents were: Jan Wochna and Zuzanna Kujawa, both peasants from Kolonia Józefowo. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
