Baptism of Antoni Tobiasz (1862)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antoni Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
 

Siniarzewo No. 1 1862

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 1st of August, 1862 at 8 a.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, a groom, aged 28, resident of the village of Siniarzewo, in the presence of Błazej Sobierajski, aged 38, and Walenty Grzępiedewski, aged 45, both farmhands residing in Siniarzewo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 1st of August, 1862, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Gołębieska, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antoni. The Godparents were: Wojciech Dzioba and Katarzyna Gumińska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
