This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Michał Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo No. 25 1910

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 2nd/15th of July, 1910, at 10 a.m. Appearing are Jan Maciejewski, aged 46, and Jan Nowak, aged 38, both peasants from Zakrzewo, and stated that on the 30th of June/13th of July, 1910, at 1 p.m., in Zakrzewo, Michal Tobiasz died, aged 9, peasant, born and residing in Zakrzewo, son of Józef and Katarzyna Tobiasz nee Brzezińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Michał Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
