(in the notes section it states that she died on July 3, 1930, Służewo Parish).
   1. Stanisław Juszczyński, born September 25th/October 7th, 1911, to his parents Andrzej and Julianna Juszczyński nee Marciniak, in the village of Plebanka, Gmina Służewo. He is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. He’s resided in the village of Sędzin. (in the notes section it states that he died on May 13th/26th, 1912).
   2. Anika Juszczyńska, born July 4th/17th, 1913, to her parents Andrzej and Julianna Juszczyński nee Marciniak, in the village of Aleksandrów, Gmina Służewo. She is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. She’s resided in the village of Sędzin.
   3. Józefa Juszczyńska, born January 29, 1916, to her parents Andrzej and Julianna Juszczyński nee Marciniak, in the village of Białebłota, Gmina Służewo. She is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. She’s resided in the village of Sędzin.
   4. Edward Juszczyński, born September 21, 1918, to his parents Andrzej and Julianna Juszczyński nee Marciniak, in the village of Białebłota, Gmina Służewo. He is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. He’s resided in the village of Sędzin.
   5. Helena Juszczyńska, born March 13, 1923, to her parents Andrzej and Julianna Juszczyński nee Marciniak, in the village of Plebanka, Gmina Służewo. She is single, a peasant, Roman Catholic, and stays at home. She’s resided in the village of Sędzin.

It looks like there may have been two other children that may have died at birth, Władysław and Jan. Both were listed, but no information was written for either child.
