Marriage of Szczepan Brzezinski and Pelegia Tobiasz (1924)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Szczepan Brzeziński and Pelegia Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Zakrzewo No 6 1924
This happened in the village of Straszewo on the 10th of February 1924, at 3 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Jan Maciejewski, aged 25, and Franciszek Zaka, aged 23, both peasants from Zakrzewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Szczepan Brzeziński, bachelor, aged 24, peasant, residing and born in Zakrzewo, son of the deceased Michał Brzeziński and his widow Katarzyna nee Kowalczyk resident of Zakrzewo
and Pelegia Tobiasz, aged 22, maiden, born in the village of Siniarzewo, daughter of the deceased Michał Tobiasz and his wife Józefa Kasiszak who is a peasant from Zakzrewo, she resides with her mother in Zakrzewo.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns at the church, on the 27th of January, 3rd and 10th of February, 1924. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement between them. The marriage service was performed by Rev. Edmund Wolski. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
