This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Tobiasz, from the Góra parish. Any errors are completely my own.

The baptism of Andrzej Tobiasz occurred in the village of Góra on the 10th of November, 1833. He was born on the 3rd of November, 1833, at 1 a.m., in the village of Dulsk, to his parents Stanisław Tobiasz, a Catholic, laborer, and Agnieszka Buszka, a Catholic. The Godparents were: Jan Jesion, a young man, and Katarzyna Rolirad.
