Also known as Broniewo. A village located in powiat Nieszawa, gmina Radziejów, and belongs to the Broniewo Parish. In the 16th century, the local church was given to dissidents through the inheritor B. Zakrzewski. In 1624, his grandson, returning to Catholicism, erected a new temple. The current brick church was erected in about 1870, with contributions from the parishioners. For Broniewo belonged to Dębowiec. In 1827, there were 21 homes with 154 inhabitants. The total land area was 748 morgs. The Broniewo Parish belongs to the Nieszawa Deanery, but was formerly part of the Radziejów Deanery. The parish lists 800 souls.
