This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefa Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

On June 18th, 1856, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Józefa. The child was born on the 16th of June, 1856. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Franciszka Imański nee Ratajska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Łiśniewski and Joanna Jąkała.
