On May 25th, 1845, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Jan. The child was born on the 18th of May, 1845. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Marianna Imański nee Wasielewska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Wachowicz and Józefa Szydłowska.
