On February 23rd, 1842, I, Rev. Wojciech Kozłowski, Pastor of the Strzelce Parish, baptized the infant was named Józef. The child was born on the 18th of February, 1842. at 9 p.m. The parents were: Wojciech and Józefa Imański nee Dobrzyńska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Wasielewski and Konstancja Polus, from Markowice.
