This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Adam Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1838, No. 96

On December 30th, 1838, I, Rev. Smoliński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Adam. The child was born on the 27th of December, 1838. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Wiśniewski and Rozalia Nalewej.
