This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

On November 20th, 1835, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Szymon. The child was born on the 20th of November, 1835. The parents were: Wojciech and Józefa Imański nee Dobrzyńska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Imański and Barbara Laskowska.
