This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Wojciech Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1821, No. 19

On June 16th, 1821, Wojciech Imański, aged 1, died. The parents were: Bartłomiej, a farmer, and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. He was buried in the Parish cemetery, on the 18th of June, 1821.
