On October 12th, 1817, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Szymon. The child was born on the 6th of October, 1817. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Niedźwiecki and Antonina Wiśniewska, and Jakub Wiśniewski and Marianna Nadolska, a widow.
